About the Role
Headstart School is recruiting a female Public Relations Officer (PRO) for its prestigious Chinar Campus in Peshawar. The position manages parent relations, campus tours, admission inquiries, and external stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary ambassador for prospective parents visiting the Chinar Campus, conducting guided tours.
- Manage admission inquiries, registration procedures, and entry assessment schedules professionally.
- Address parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback, coordinating with campus academic coordinators for swift resolution.
- Organize school community events, parent-teacher conferences (PTC), and student exhibition showcases.
- Maintain active communication channels via parent portals, circulars, and official social media updates.
- Ensure front-desk and visitor reception areas maintain impeccable corporate and educational decorum.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, English, or Business Administration.
- 2–3 years of PR, customer service, or admissions counseling experience, ideally within a reputed private school network.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu (Pashto proficiency is an asset).
- Polished presentation, empathetic listening, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling British curriculum / Cambridge school admissions.
- Strong local community connections in Peshawar.
