About the Role
Punjab Transport Company (PTC) is hiring 9 Quantity Surveyors on a contract basis for its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Staff in Lahore. The role pays up to PKR 145,000 per month and applications close on 30-Sep-2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, cost estimates, and measurement sheets for project works.
- Monitor project costs and maintain records of quantities executed.
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of variation orders and claims.
- Review contractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
- Support procurement and tendering activities through preparation of cost data and estimates.
- Maintain quantity and cost control records throughout project implementation.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement of construction works.
- Domicile is required for this position.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
