Restaurant General Manager
About the Role
LOOP is recruiting an experienced Restaurant General Manager to direct restaurant operations in Karachi. The manager oversees shift execution, guest dining hospitality, food quality, cost controls, and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring flawless shift execution and service excellence.
- Drive store revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets through proactive guest promotions and upsell techniques.
- Uphold uncompromising standards of food preparation, plating quality, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation.
- Manage restaurant staffing schedules, performance coaching, and frontline team motivation to minimize turnover.
- Monitor food cost percentages, inventory waste, cash handling reconciliations, and POS transactions.
- Engage with restaurant diners, gather customer feedback, and swiftly resolve guest complaints.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of restaurant management experience in a reputable QSR, casual dining chain, or café brand.
- Proven leadership skills with deep understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory controls, and food safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to thrive in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Proficiency with restaurant POS software and inventory tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (HACCP or ServSafe).
- Experience opening new restaurant outlets in Karachi.
