About the Role
Berger Paints Pakistan Limited is hiring energetic Sales Associates and Senior Sales Associates for its Retail Sales Department across Lahore, Karachi, and Sahiwal to drive paint distribution and dealer network sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit paint dealers, hardware retailers, and commercial contractors to generate product orders and expand dealer reach.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets across decorative, protective, and industrial coatings product portfolios.
- Coordinate product sampling, tinting machine management, dealer shop branding, and sales promotional displays.
- Ensure prompt recovery of sales proceeds and maintain updated customer account ledgers.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Intermediate / Bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution.
- 1 to 3 years of field sales experience in paints, lubricants, building materials, or chemical manufacturing sectors.
- Strong field-based communication, persuasion, and customer relationship building skills.
- Valid motorcycle driving license and familiarity with local dealer territories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct previous experience selling decorative paint brands and managing dealer networks.
