Sales Coordinator
About the Role
Mushko Printing Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator in Karachi. The position supports commercial account managers, prepares customer price quotations, coordinates with international equipment vendors, and tracks delivery orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare formal commercial quotations, bids, and equipment proposals for the sales team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding printing machinery, consumables, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with international principals and local vendors to secure product pricing, lead times, and shipping schedules.
- Track customer purchase orders through supply chain and service teams to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Maintain the CRM database, logging sales leads, customer contacts, and quotation status updates.
- Generate monthly sales activity reports, pending delivery trackers, and invoicing summaries for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication or 1–2 years of sales coordination / customer support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for vendor correspondence.
- Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and keen eye for commercial numbers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in office equipment, commercial printing, or IT hardware sales coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
