About the Role
SLG Trax is hiring a results-driven Sales Manager in Karachi to spearhead corporate courier accounts, Cash-on-Delivery (COD) e-commerce client acquisition, and regional freight volume growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire high-volume corporate clients across e-commerce, manufacturing, export, and retail sectors.
- Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly parcel shipment targets, revenue quotas, and account profitability goals.
- Conduct active market prospecting, lead generation, and competitive benchmarking across commercial hubs.
- Collaborate with logistics operations and finance departments for seamless last-mile service delivery and timely payment recoveries.
- Prepare periodic sales pipeline forecasts, pipeline conversion reviews, and key account development plans.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
- 3 to 5 years of verified corporate sales experience within express courier, logistics, or 3PL freight industries.
- Proven track record of building long-term business partnerships with e-commerce and retail merchants.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, client pitching, and relationship-building capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing corporate client portfolio in Karachi, Sialkot, or Gujranwala industrial hubs.
