Sales Manager - 3S Dealership
About the Role
Haval Flagship Motors is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its 3S dealership in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. The manager leads the automotive sales team, drives showroom target achievement, and maintains luxury guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the automotive sales executive team to surpass monthly vehicle delivery and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales campaigns, test drive drives, and corporate fleet pitches across Karachi.
- Monitor digital and walk-in lead pipelines, conversion ratios, customer follow-up cadence, and CRM entries.
- Ensure an exceptional, premium showroom buying experience adhering to Haval international brand guidelines.
- Maintain active relationships with auto financing banks, insurance providers, and corporate leasing companies.
- Manage showroom vehicle inventory, allotment allocations, and delivery schedules to maintain zero client complaints.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a sales managerial role at an authorized 3S dealership.
- Deep understanding of the Pakistani premium SUV market (Haval H6, Jolion, EV/HEV segments).
- Outstanding leadership, commercial negotiation, and customer relationship capabilities.
- Strong command of automotive DMS/CRM software and MS Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record managing luxury automotive or 3S multi-brand dealership operations.
- Strong corporate fleet client rolodex in Karachi.
