Senior Grants Manager – Livelihood
About the Role
The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety (PASS) is hiring two Senior Grants Managers – Livelihood on a contract basis at grade PPS-10. The position is based in Islamabad and requires a Master's degree or 16-year education plus at least 10 years of field-level experience. Applications close on 08 Oct 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational guidance to the Grant Management Team, consultants and Partner Organizations (POs) to ensure quality programme delivery.
- Ensure project assets, services and interventions are delivered on time and appropriately to eligible beneficiaries.
- Maintain overall accountability for project interventions, including the performance and compliance of POs.
- Maintain effective linkages with target households and relevant stakeholders.
- The appointment is on a contract basis at grade PPS-10.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall field-level experience.
- At least 5 years of that experience must be in grants and livelihood asset transfer programmes.
- Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Maximum age limit: 52 years.
- Coordinate with support functions, POs, CIs and other stakeholders to facilitate effective project implementation.
- Master's degree or 16-year education, preferably in Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture or Livestock, Project Management or a related field, from a recognized institution.
- The eligibility list also names EMBA (Project Management), EMBA (Management Sciences), Master in Arts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MA Social Sciences as qualifying degrees.
