Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual poverty graduation tracking surveys with Partner Organizations and ensure timely collection, validation and analysis of results.
- Conduct and oversee outcome monitoring surveys and assessments to measure the effectiveness and results of Project interventions.
- Lead the preparation and quality review of monthly, quarterly, annual and completion progress reports and ensure timely submission to management and donors.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall field-level experience.
- At least 5 years of that experience must be in program monitoring and evaluation, preferably in livelihoods-related programs.
- Experience developing M&E frameworks and monitoring tools, and databases for large-scale programmes with international development and donor agencies such as INGOs, UN, WB and ADB, is an added advantage.
- Experience collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Maximum age limit is 52 years.
- Lead the development, review and updating of the Project M&E framework, tools, indicators and results-based log-frame.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee surveys, studies, assessments and evaluations, including Core Outcome Indicator (CoI) surveys, third-party surveys, thematic studies and end-line evaluations.
- At least a Master's degree or 16-year education in Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Agriculture or a related field from a recognized institution.
