About the Role
United Charter Schools (a project of Beaconhouse Group) is hiring a Senior Officer - Quality Assurance in Lahore to inspect prospective school campuses, audit architectural plans, and ensure brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect proposed school building sites as per QA standard operating procedures and prepare condition reports.
- Guide franchise partners on required architectural renovations, including facade, washrooms, and color schemes.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams for site approvals and territorial allocations.
- Review and verify property layout plans, 2D/3D design renderings, and space utilization blueprints.
- Perform demographic distance evaluation and geo-tag school locations using mapping tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- DAE in Civil Engineering or Architecture with 3+ years experience, or BS Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with education or franchise school operations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, and architectural space planning.
- Strong technical reporting, analytical aptitude, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with Google My Maps GIS tagging and educational facility standards.
