Basic Requirements

• The list also covers PGD in Geotechnical Engineering, MSc (Hons) Agricultural Engineering, MS Mechanical Engineering, MS Systems Engineering, MS Computer Systems Engineering, MS Nanotechnology & Materials Engineering, MSc Water Resources Engineering, MSc Construction Engineering & Management, MS Computational Sciences & Engineering, MPhil Agricultural Engineering and MBA (Information Technology Management).
• The notice also accepts MS Mechatronics Engineering, MS Software Engineering, M.E (Hons) Farm structures and Post Harvest Engineering, MSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc Geological Engineering, MSc Information Technology Management, MSc Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management, MSc Building Engineering, MSc Industrial Engineering, MSc Hydropower Engineering, MS Structural Engineering and MS Material Science Engineering.
• Candidates need 7 years of experience.
• The maximum age limit is 50 years.
• Liaise with public, private and Chinese counterparts for science and information technology related CPEC projects in an efficient and effective manner in the light of the long term plan, and mature, prioritize and facilitate implementation consistent with best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide facilitation and assistance to line ministries at all stages of a project lifecycle, including the preparation of initial project investment proposals, the preparation of feasibility studies, and the appointment of consultants or advisors for the project preparation feasibility study where required.
• Assist in the identification and management of any risks relating to science and information technology projects.
• Candidates must hold one of the qualifications listed in the vacancy notice, covering PGD, MSc, MS, MPhil, ME or MBA programmes in information technology, computer science, engineering and related fields.
