Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, data analysis, and policy evaluations to formulate strategic recommendations for Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives.
- Collaborate with inter-agency stakeholders, review development project proposals, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, policy briefs, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience is required.
- The maximum age limit is 50 years.
- Liaise with public, private and Chinese counterparts on socio economic related CPEC projects in an efficient and effective manner in the light of the long term plan, and mature, prioritize and facilitate implementation consistent with best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide facilitation and assistance to line ministries at all stages of a project lifecycle, including the preparation of initial project investment proposals, the preparation of feasibility studies, and the appointment of consultants or advisors for the project preparation feasibility study where required.
- Assist in the identification and management of any risks relating to socio economic projects.
