Senior Training Executive
About the Role
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pakistan is recruiting a passionate Senior Training Executive in Lahore. The position spearheads barista training, guest hospitality standards, product knowledge, and store service excellence across café locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, structured training sessions for store teams covering barista craft, food safety, brewing, and hospitality etiquette.
- Conduct new-hire orientations, café store simulations, and ongoing competency evaluations for front-of-house staff.
- Perform periodic store audits and mystery evaluations to measure service consistency and beverage quality adherence.
- Partner with store managers and area coaches to identify service skill gaps and deploy targeted coaching interventions.
- Update training manuals, standard recipe cards, and digital learning modules in line with international franchise standards.
- Foster an energetic, hospitality-first culture dedicated to delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Training & Development, or related field.
- 3–4 years of dedicated training and operational coaching experience in QSR, specialty coffee, or fine dining chains.
- Deep passion for coffee brewing arts, customer engagement, and hospitality standards.
- Dynamic presentation, group facilitation, and demonstration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training evaluation metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certification or internationally trained barista trainer.
- Experience conducting training in international casual dining or coffee shop franchises.
