About the Role
Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking a high-integrity Site Manager for its Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) retail fueling station in Taxila to oversee forecourt operations, inventory balancing, and HSSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the HPL COCO retail site in full accordance with corporate SOPs.
- Manage daily cash reconciliation, fuel dip measurements, pump totalizers, and inventory balancing.
- Enforce company HSSE guidelines, statutory fire safety rules, and local regulatory requirements.
- Lead, schedule, and train forecourt customer service attendants and cashier teams.
- Coordinate routine pump maintenance, tank inspections, and regulatory audit compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of operational experience, with at least 5 years at an Oil Marketing Company (OMC) retail site.
- Demonstrated expertise in wet stock management, cash handling, and fuel inventory control.
- Sound understanding of petroleum forecourt safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior management experience with high-volume urban COCO retail fuel stations.
