About the Role
The Cabinet Division invites applications from qualified Pakistani citizens for the position of Stenotypist- PID (I) 3765/26. This full-time appointment offers an official pay package of PKR 60,000 - 95,000 / month with postings based in Quetta, Balochistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute core departmental functions and public mandates under the guidelines of Cabinet Division.
- Ensure complete compliance with Federal Government rules, regulations, and operational SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Intermediate with Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute in Typing respectively, must be computer literate.
- Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS)
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Diploma in Commerce (D.Com)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within federal government departments or autonomous public authorities.
- Familiarity with Government of Pakistan rules, e-office systems, and official administrative procedures.
