About the Role
The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety (PASS) is hiring three contract Support Staff at PPS-3 for its Islamabad office. Applicants need at least Matriculation, preferably three years of relevant experience, and must be no older than 45. The last date to apply is 08 Oct 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection and delivery of official documents and correspondence when required.
- Ensure the project vehicle and related equipment are available on time and handled safely.
- Assist in keeping office furniture, seating areas, meeting rooms and other common office spaces clean and properly arranged.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Matriculation in Arts/Humanities is listed among the eligibility criteria.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained with a government office, a development project or a reputable organisation.
- Maximum age limit is 45 years.
- Assist in arranging and maintaining meeting rooms, office supplies and other logistical requirements for day-to-day project operations.
- The PMU reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
- Minimum Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
