About the Role
Shangrila Foods is hiring a Warehouse & Store Executive for its Karachi Factory. The role oversees finished goods operations, raw/packaging material handling, and stock reconciliation with hands-on SAP proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage finished goods and raw material warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
- Enforce strict FIFO/FEFO compliance and maintain accurate real-time inventory records.
- Utilize SAP WMS, MM, SD, and TM modules for smooth transaction processing and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate actively with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to maintain material availability.
- Prepare inventory status reports, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse and store management.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in SAP (WMS/MM/SD/TM).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and material handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
