Assistant Manager – Compliance & Traceability
About the Role
Kamal Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager for Compliance & Traceability in its Knits Apparel Division at Sahianwala, Faisalabad. The role is responsible for overseeing compliance audits, audit portals, and end-to-end material tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits related to supply chain traceability.
- Maintain effective traceability systems and procedures across knitting, dyeing, and apparel manufacturing operations.
- Monitor digital and physical traceability records to ensure complete, verified tracking of materials and finished products.
- Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementations following internal and customer audit observations.
- Organize and conduct compliance training sessions for shop-floor and managerial teams on international traceability standards.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring traceability discrepancies and non-conformities.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Compliance, Traceability, or Audits within the textile/apparel sector.
- Proven expertise in managing buyer audit portals and compliance documentation.
- Strong analytical, audit reporting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience specifically in Knits Apparel or garment export compliance.
