About the Role
Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is recruiting an energetic Branch Manager in Karachi (women leaders highly encouraged to apply). The manager drives branch deposit mobilization, MSME lending, team leadership, service excellence, and portfolio health.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all branch operations, driving deposit mobilization, retail CASA accounts, and microfinance loan disbursements.
- Achieve monthly and annual branch profitability targets while maintaining top asset quality and low NPL ratios.
- Lead, mentor, and coach branch sales officers, credit officers, and customer service staff to high performance.
- Ensure disciplined compliance with State Bank of Pakistan Prudential Regulations, KYC/AML rules, and bank credit policies.
- Cultivate enduring business relationships with local community traders, entrepreneurs, and retail depositors.
- Maintain flawless branch security, cash management under dual control, and stellar customer service ratings.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Banking & Finance, or Economics.
- 7+ years of progressive banking experience, with at least 2–3 years in branch sales and operations leadership.
- In-depth command of retail banking operations, credit appraisal, and micro/SME loan portfolios.
- Proven team leadership, conflict resolution, and motivational management skills.
- Superior communication, local market networking, and customer service abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior branch managerial experience in Karachi's commercial or microfinance banking sector.
- JAIBP credential from the Institute of Bankers Pakistan.
