About the Role
Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist at its Corporate Headquarters in Islamabad. The position leads end-to-end recruitment pipelines, employer branding campaigns, and talent onboarding to support banking operations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment campaigns from talent sourcing and headhunting through interview stages and offer rollouts.
- Partner with departmental heads and regional business executives to forecast hiring needs and craft precise job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, campus recruitment drives, and professional networks.
- Conduct competency-based screening interviews and administer structured candidate assessment evaluations.
- Design exceptional candidate experience workflows and oversee seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and applicant diversity.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of dedicated recruitment and talent acquisition experience, ideally within the banking, financial services, or telecom sector.
- Expertise in modern talent sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and LinkedIn talent solutions.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and behavioral interviewing skills.
- High level of integrity, professional confidentiality, and organizational agility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR).
- Demonstrated success in high-volume branch hiring for retail financial services.
