About the Role
Burque Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Head of People Services at its Karachi Head Office. The executive leads enterprise employee master data governance, nationwide multi-branch payroll operations, HR digitalization, and HR vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the People Services division, overseeing nationwide payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR operations.
- Direct employee master data governance, ensuring 100% data integrity across enterprise HRIS systems.
- Drive HR digitalization, automating employee self-service, leave management, and digital onboarding workflows.
- Manage statutory employee compliance including EOBI, SESSI, labor welfare funds, and gratuity settlements.
- Oversee third-party HR vendors, employee medical insurance providers, and outsourced staffing contracts.
- Formulate HR operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service delivery SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with proven mastery in payroll operations and shared services.
- Thorough command over Pakistani labor laws, statutory social security, and employment taxation.
- Demonstrated track record leading HR digital transformation and ERP HR module implementations.
- Exceptional executive communication, leadership, and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD Level 7 certification.
- Experience applying Artificial Intelligence and automation tools in HR operations.
