Retail Head - Fashion (Eastern Wear)
About the Role
Sitara Studio (House of Sitara Textile) is seeking a visionary Retail Head - Fashion to lead nationwide retail operations and expansion from its Faisalabad Head Office. The executive reports directly to top management and owns full P&L responsibility for all retail outlets across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer complete retail operations, store profitability, and nationwide P&L across all Sitara Studio retail branches.
- Develop and execute strategic retail expansion plans, opening profitable new stores in prime commercial districts nationwide.
- Establish aggressive retail sales targets, SOPs, mystery shopping metrics, and customer service standards.
- Direct nationwide visual merchandising (VM), window displays, and store aesthetics to strengthen premium brand equity.
- Lead inventory planning, stock turn velocity, and replenishment in tight coordination with production and textile mills.
- Build, mentor, and motivate regional retail managers, area supervisors, and store teams, reducing frontline staff turnover.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
- 10–15 years of proven retail leadership experience, with significant tenure at major Pakistani eastern fashion/apparel brands.
- In-depth mastery of retail P&L management, footprint expansion, and supply-demand stock allocation.
- Visionary leadership style with proven track record scaling retail chains to 50+ doors.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and executive presentation capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established relationships with major commercial mall operators and high-street landlords across Pakistan.
- Demonstrated success integrating omnichannel retail with e-commerce operations.
