About the Role
Infinix Accessories (Transsion Holdings) is hiring an ambitious Sales Supervisor in Lahore. The supervisor leads retail sales teams, manages dealer distribution channels, and drives market share for smart wearables, audio devices, and mobile accessories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand retail distribution for Infinix smart accessories across Lahore.
- Lead, coach, and supervise retail sales promoters and brand ambassadors across electronics markets.
- Manage relationship networks with electronics dealers, wholesale distributors, and modern retail chains (Hafeez Centre, Hall Road).
- Monitor brand visibility, point-of-sale display aesthetics, and shelf space share at retail partner shops.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing moves, and provide weekly off-take reports to regional sales heads.
- Ensure disciplined stock replenishment, credit control, and warranty service coordination for retail partners.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- 2–4 years of sales supervision experience in consumer electronics, smartphone accessories, or mobile devices.
- In-depth market knowledge of mobile phone accessories and retail channels across Lahore.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate frontline sales promoters and achieve targets.
- Good communication, distributor handling, and negotiation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major consumer tech brands (smartwatches, TWS earphones, power banks).
- Established connections with Lahore electronics market trade associations.
