Senior Manager Compliance
About the Role
National Foods Limited is hiring a Senior Manager Compliance to spearhead the organization's corporate ethics and compliance program. Based at the Karachi Head Office, this role maintains integrity policies, oversees internal investigations, and advises executive leadership and the Board Audit Committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Policy Owner for the corporate Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing frameworks.
- Administer the centralized integrity reporting portal, ensuring complete whistleblower confidentiality, prompt case triage, and independent tracking.
- Lead and oversee internal investigations into reported misconduct and compliance breaches in full adherence to industrial and corporate labor laws.
- Execute comprehensive compliance risk assessments, testing programs, and enterprise monitoring across commercial and supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with Legal, People & Culture, and the Ethics Committee while providing objective investigation findings to the Board Audit Committee.
- Conduct regular training sessions to embed an ethical organizational culture and ensure clear regulatory alignment across all business units.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM), Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline from a reputable university.
- 8–12 years of progressive corporate compliance, legal, audit, or risk management experience within an MNC or leading listed FMCG.
- Demonstrated experience running independent workplace investigations and administering whistleblowing channels.
- Strong familiarity with Pakistani corporate laws, labor court standards, and the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act.
- Excellent executive reporting, dispute resolution, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.
- Prior exposure to multinational FMCG compliance and corporate governance frameworks.
