Warehouse Lead (3PL Operations)
About the Role
Ismail Industries Limited is recruiting a Warehouse Lead in Islamabad to oversee 3PL distribution warehouse operations. The lead manages inventory accuracy, timely retail dispatches, storage space utilization, and SAP documentation for leading food brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, monitoring storage utilization and contract service SLAs.
- Supervise daily order fulfillment, picking, and dispatches to retail distributors across the Northern region.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, conducting daily cycle counts, FIFO stock rotation, and physical stock reconciliations.
- Execute timely and accurate SAP transactions covering goods receipts, stock transfers, and dispatch notes.
- Implement warehouse safety standards, pest control measures, and damage minimization procedures.
- Generate daily and monthly inventory reports, aging analysis, and dispatch turnaround KPI scorecards.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably managing 3PL distribution hubs in the FMCG or food industry.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse management best practices, FIFO/FEFO rules, and material handling equipment (MHE).
- Hands-on proficiency in SAP ERP (MM/WM modules) and MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and contractor supervision capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling confectionery, biscuits, or snack food distribution.
- Forklift and material handling safety certification.
