About the Role
Allied Schools (Punjab Group of Colleges) is recruiting passionate Trainers for Early Years Education in Lahore. The trainers design and deliver activity-based pedagogical workshops for preschool educators across its expansive nationwide school network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging training sessions and continuous professional development workshops for preschool and early years teachers.
- Design practical training modules, interactive classroom activities, and visual teaching aids aligned with modern early years curriculums.
- Conduct classroom observations to evaluate pedagogical effectiveness and provide constructive coaching to educators.
- Coordinate with campus heads and regional academic coordinators to ensure seamless training calendar execution.
- Maintain detailed training records, monitor post-training teacher progress, and evaluate classroom impact.
- Stay abreast of modern global developments in early childhood care and interactive learning pedagogies.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, English, or related social sciences.
- 3–5 years of classroom teaching and teacher training experience focused on preschool and kindergarten levels.
- In-depth understanding of child development psychology, phonics, activity-based learning, and Montessori methods.
- Dynamic public speaking, group facilitation, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Urdu with ability to conduct bilingual training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Early Childhood Development or certified trainer credential.
- Prior experience conducting large-scale teacher workshops in major school networks.
