Assistant Manager Purchase Compliance & PMO
About the Role
Zong 4G (CMPak) is hiring an Assistant Manager Purchase Compliance & PMO in Islamabad. The role enforces procurement policy controls, monitors vendor compliance, analyzes spend data, and leads PMO automation across Oracle ERP procurement workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance across all enterprise procurement activities, ensuring strict alignment with corporate policies and audit standards.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on procurement spend, contract compliance, PO authorizations, and vendor bidding records.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to enhance and automate Oracle ERP procurement modules and approval workflows.
- Manage vendor pre-qualification, performance scorecards, risk assessments, and compliance vetting.
- Identify operational risks and internal control bottlenecks, implementing corrective mechanisms across the procurement lifecycle.
- Prepare executive compliance dashboards, audit reports, and PMO presentations for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement compliance, internal audit, supply chain governance, or enterprise PMO.
- Strong functional mastery of Oracle ERP Procurement modules and purchasing processes.
- Sound understanding of financial accounting, corporate contract terms, and supplier risk frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, SQL queries, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional audit/risk certifications such as CIA, CRMA, or CFE.
- Experience in the telecommunications or large-scale technology procurement sector.
